Hey. I’m going to keep this one super short because I know you’d probably rather use the time to implement the strategy I’m about to show you.
A while back I was invited to an amazing training call with Todd Falcone; an expert network marketing trainer.
And what I heard that day has kept me up for days – because I’m so energized by the techniques and methods shared by Todd during the call.
Now I’m going to share those same techniques with you…
On that call Todd shared how to recruit everyday professionals. Like your doctor or lawyer or maybe even that superstar real estate agent you always hear about.
The only problem is you have little to know idea of how to find these types of people; or even approach them.
So here’s a quick 3 part guide on find and sponsor the everyday professionals in your life.
Part 1: You have to define your target market using 3 criteria. And this is how you do it:
1) Find people who sell and lead an organization (real estate agents are a great example of this)
2) Find people who are paid on a commission or paid for what they produce (Car salesmen are a great example of this)
3) Find people who have moderate to high risk tolerance for the type of work they do
The idea here is to find people that already have to types of skills needed to make it in network marketing. And if you find these three traits in a professional then you’ve got yourself a strong candidate. Now you can move to step 2.
Step 2: Make the call
When you call the prospect you’ll have to communicate exactly why you’re calling and how you got their contact information. Be nice and make sure to communicate that you’re calling to see if they’re open to making extra money outside of what they currently do. And flatter them by telling them that you’re looking to work with sharp people – and that’s why you made the call to them specifically.
Step 3: Complete the recruiting process
This is my favorite step – because the only time we as network marketers really make money is when we bring new reps in. I like Black Belt Recruiting by Mike Dillard because I really do think it is the best training material on how to recruit in this industry.
